History
Myanmar association was established in the 50s in the United Kingdom and was reorganised in the year 2000.It is a non-political social ,cultural,educational association based in London ,England. Members include the myanmar community, international communities , friends and families within the United kingdom and beyond.
Structure and prospectus
EC Executive committee as follows Chairman ,ex vicechairs, presidents,secretary, cultural, social ,youth affairs,student affairs,organisational support,web developer and treasurer assisted by deputies and joint associates. Also assisted by local and regional representatives throughout the United kingdom including Wales,Scotland and Norther ireland.It currently have in excess of 300 members and the numbers are growing.Membership categories are Individual membership , Family membership and Student memberships. Members have all the privileges and rights to attend association's functions, organised events and the annual general assembly.
